
Our company is seeking a qualified Business Development Manager who will be responsible for establishing and developing strategic business relationships, supporting revenue growth, and optimizing the company’s business operations.
In this role, you will take the lead in developing and implementing growth strategies, working closely with internal teams and external partners to expand market presence and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a deep understanding of the market landscape, excellent relationship management skills, and strong business acumen to support strategic decision-making and drive business results.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with the company's strategy and goals.
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders.
- Develop business strategies and actionable plans to achieve sales and partnership targets
- Lead the negotiation of partnership terms, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with the internal business development team to ensure the effective handover and implementation of qualified business opportunities.
- Provide strategic consultation to partners regarding products, services, and business growth opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Business Development or Account Executive role within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong network and connections within the industry.
- Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiating principles.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make business decisions.
- Effective negotiation and contract finalization skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
