Surpassing eight strong nominees, La Maison 1888 officially brought home the “World’s Best Fine Dining Hotel Restaurant 2022” title at the 3rd World Culinary Awards in Dubai. The restaurant is located at InterContinental Sun Peninsula Resort (Da Nang, Vietnam).
A special feature of La Maison 1888 is the appearance of Pierre Gagnaire – the only 3-Michelin-star chef working in Vietnam. Besides, La Maison is designed in a spacious dining room space, offering the feeling of dining in a splendid French mansion.
Diners will be treated to international specialties such as wagyu beef and pate-croute, as well as Vietnamese cuisine crafted with traditional local ingredients.
