The project measures the attractiveness of the destination Da Nang, a collaboration between the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center and The Outbox Company that has officially entered the implementation phase. To optimize the accessibility of the survey to visitors, the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center and Outbox worked closely with local businesses to research locations and distribute the survey at the most popular tourist destinations in Da Nang.
The IDDA project uses Outbox’s Visitor Experience Survey solution to measure the attractiveness of Da Nang as a destination. This solution is effective in measuring the destination image in a comprehensive way, based on the feedback and experiences of visitors at the surveyed location.
Through this project, Da Nang will become the first destination in Vietnam to listen to visitors’ feedback to improve and enhance the image of the local destination. This is one of the cooperation contents between the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center and The Outbox Company with the goal of improving the effectiveness of promotion, advertising, and management in Da Nang City based on the application of quality data.
